Liane’s really friendly and really relaxed, so you’re never feeling awkward when you’re sitting and talking about difficult things. We had a laugh together in our sessions– it was that easy to talk to her. Looking back on it I realise that I’ve been able to look at difficult situations from a more detached point of view. And because of that it kind of takes you out of the stressfulness of the situation and you actually look at it as a whole. It’s so good. It’s really relaxing.
