A friend recommended 'Changes Welcome' to help with quitting smoking, my husband & I both went & met Sam (June 2018), he was very friendly, understanding & non judgemental, he put us both at ease quickly. My husband quit smoking for good, I stopped for 9 months but had a little setback, Sam has put me back on track and I will be forever trying to catch up with my husband's achievement.   Very, very occasionally my partner - a psychologist - comes across people with very special skills in helping people and we're so relieved and delighted to have found Changes Welcome. Did I read the reviews online, prior to booking in ?- no I didn't - I work off instinct. Having read the reviews this morning, I can only endorse the highly complimentary and appropriate contents, of all of them. My partner has fought a long 5 year battle with neck pain, which has worn her down to such a degree, that she was really starting to wobble psychologically - as chronic pain has a habit of doing this to an individually. We have seen so many therapists - in various health-related fields - to no avail and as a last-ditch effort to live a normal life again - decided to go down the hypnotherapist route. Liane Ulbricht-Kazan is so much more than a hypnotherapist - my partner was trained in the US in hypnotherapy in the 90s - however, Liane's skill set, is so much more comprehensive and those skills are delivered with such warmth, sincerity, integrity and precision, that my partner immediately felt in safe hands. We have already recommended her to two close friends and this is after just one session. Liane's initial "Starter session" has brought an immediate huge reduction in pain and indeed periods of zero pain - which we both find quite remarkable. My partner had her first really solid sleep for years. I'm writing this review less than 24 hours after this first session, so one can understand my need to share our relief, in finding such an outstanding professional, after all these years of agony.   I went to liane with what I thought was a bag of issues and I really struggled to find a therapist who I truly believed could help me. From the start liane filled me with confidence and straight away I no longer felt ‘broken’.   I highly recommend the service that Liane provides. I personally like to check in with her as and when life starts to throw those curve balls at me. Liane creates a calm and relaxing environment and really helps you to get back a sense of balance in your life and emotional well-being. I have always left feeling empowered, more positive and more clear, she has the resources to help the clearing of the mindset when it becomes too hard to do yourself.
