Payment Terms
Fees for face-to-face appointments are payable at the end of each session. For online and telephone appointments, payment is normally required in advance. A deposit is required for Stop Smoking sessions.

Cancellation Policy
Missed appointments or appointments which are rescheduled with less than 36 hours' notice are chargeable at the usual session rate. This applies also to Webcam sessions paid for in advance. Further Terms & Conditions apply.
