Hypnotherapist Stroud (Nailsworth)

  I approached Liane as I was looking for some help with my coping mechanisms as due to my age, my body and mind are changing... and my son is going through his teenage years. We agreed to do online zoom sessions for both of our safety due to Covid 19 and I found our sessions to be as personal as if we had been face to face. Liane’s advice over the weeks has been informative and incredibly useful. I have learnt so much about myself, my reactions and how to understand the approaches and reactions of others. This has been beneficial in both personal and professional relationships. It has been life-changing! Liane’s manner is kind, honest and humorous and I felt very safe in her sessions.   I was apprehensive before my appointment with Sam in Nailsworth; however after my initial appointment I was put at ease and decided to go ahead with hypnotherapy. For me the therapy worked on various aspects of my life, the sessions were enjoyable and I found myself learning things about myself I previously didn't know. Highly recommended!

  I spoke to Liane about my fear of blood tests and hospitals, whilst I knew my fear was irrational I could still never feel more comfortable about it.
